Esperanto Hotel - Cannes

Had a great stay at Esperanto! Super friendly vibe and clean rooms with all the essentials. The location is a breeze, just a short walk to the city center. Just a heads up, late check-in might be a bit tricky without guidance.

Astonishing breakfast with a lot of options, perfect and fairly clean place. Location close to la Croisette or old Cannes, the slight hill and the train station and shopping area. Also, close to the centre...

Wi-Fi was bad.

We appreciated its particularly good and unbeatable location.

Really nice stay, we were there for 1 day. The terrace served a wide range of meals for breakfast.

super nice and helpful staff, all with a smile on their faces at all times. Thanks to Oliver, Barry and Diana for their kindness, that makes this hotel different and makes you want to come back. There is parking inside, in a guarded and private area and it is free, so you can leave your car there and move around on foot and if you want to go to Nice, Monaco and nearby places you can go by train which is 5 min walk from the hotel. location is fantastic, close to the centre and beach. We liked the balcony in the room very much. There were cups and glasses in the room. Comfortable bed, air conditioning. Clean and comfortable. Good vibe atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay there and right and affordable price.

The bathroom door is transparent, which gives little privacy and can generate a bad smell inside the room. There was no air freshener either. There was no refrigerator or elevator.

Despite the promising location, I was horrified to find a strong odor from leftover food in the closet, it was revolting. I also expected a mini-fridge for my personal items. Alas, none were to be found. I almost left a positive review, but no offer of a complimentary upgrade for the inconvenience just ruined it.

Room, location and parking are excellent value for money, but the pearl of this hotel is the hospitality performed by hotelier Denis. He is the person that makes every guest feel special.

The owner of the Hotel was a true gentleman and very helpfull. The rooms are clean, in a good size, and you have free internet in the rooms. For the price it is a very good hotel to stay in Cannes, as it is very close to the center.

This will save you time and money

A gem of a place! Just a 10-minute stroll to the beach, with friendly. Rooms are comfortable and clean. There's secure parking, a bonus. Don't miss the lovely terrace for breakfast! Truly an excellent base for exploring.
